masala dosaiIngredients:
Idly-Thosai flour
Mixed Vegetables(carrot,
Beans, potato, cabbage,
capsicum, cauli flower, Green
peas) - 2 cups
onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbs
curry and coriander leaves
for marinade.
salt to taste.

Method:
Finely chop onion, tomato and
vegetables.
place the kadai and heat oill.
Put onion into kadai and fry till it turn
to be light brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
Add tomoto, vegetables and 1 tsp of
salt.
continuously stir till it half cook.
Add turmeric powder , garam masala
powder and stir.
Then put the chilli powder, cumin
powder and stir until it cook.
Atlast and the sauces one by one.
cook for 2 mins.
vegetable masala is ready.
then place the pan and heat it.
Put the idly thosai flour into the pan
to make as a thosai.
Turn the thosai, afer 1 min
Spread the vegetable masala in the
thosai after it half cook.
allow 1 min and transfer the thosai to
serving dish.
marinade with chopped curry and
coriander leaves.
Vegetable masala thosai is ready for
serving.
